RESUME
La localisation d’une tuberculose sur le mésoappendice est exceptionnelle. Le diagnostic est connu après analyse histologique de la pièce opératoire. Nous rapportons le premier cas découvert chez un adolescent qui consultait pour une douleur de la fosse iliaque droite. L’intérêt de cette observation est la rareté de cette localisation de la tuberculose.

SUMMARY
The location of tuberculosis on the meso-appendix is exceptional. The diagnosis is known after histological analysis of the operating room. We report the first case discovered in an adolescent who consulted for pain in the right iliac fossa. The interest of this observation is the rarity of this localization of tuberculosis.
