RESUME
Introduction : nous rapportons le cas d’une patiente de 31 ans, qui présentait une volumineuse tumeur du sein droit évoluant depuis 3 ans, avec une ptose mammaire importante.
Observation : elle avait bénéficié d’une tumorectomie avec plastie mammaire par la technique en T inversé. Les suites post-opératoires étaient normales. Le résultat esthétique était satisfaisant. La pièce opératoire envoyée en anatomie pathologique avait confirmé la métaplasie cylindrique atypique avec absence de signes histologiques de malignité.
Conclusion : le résultat esthétique de cette technique a procuré la satisfaction totale à notre patiente.

SUMMARY
Introduction: we report the case of a 31-year-old patient who presented with a large right breast tumor that
had been evolving for 3 years, with significant breast ptosis.
Observation: she underwent a lumpectomy with mammaplasty using the inverted T technique. Postoperative
follow-up was normal. The aesthetic result was satisfactory. The surgical specimen sent to pathology had confirmed the atypical cylindrical metaplasia with the absence of histological signs of malignancy.
Conclusion: the aesthetic result of this technique provided total satisfaction to our patient.
